I have a case number

I sent in a complaint to the https://hcidla.lacity.org/File-a-RSO-Complaint

and already have a case # and a Caseworker.

I live in a rent control building with 26 units. We have 2 sister buildings 11930 (across the street) with 28 units,  and 11935 (next door) with 26 units.  All together there are 26 +26 +28 = 80 units.

Recently our owner sold the properties.
A new company took over managing on July 1st. They are Power Property Management. They removed our onsite manager. We discovered that the buyer is:
Alon Abady, a Beverly Hills-based investor, purchased the property through an LLC. He is the owner of Abady Holdings Corp. a Beverly Hills-based company focused on a wide range of real estate investments, including hotels, apartment buildings, office buildings, and condos. The company's current portfolio includes properties in Israel and across the United States.

I filled a complaint for reduction of services and harassment with the housing dept stating,
"On July first Power Property Management reduced our trash service. We no longer have recycle and our trash is dumped less frequently. They unhooked one of the 3 washers and it remains unhooked.
On July 5 they sent a grounds crew, without notice, to remove all of the trees and plants. They proceeded to cut down: 5 mature crepe myrtles. 10 20-ft juniper trees, several 40-year-old jade plants, dozens of ferns, bird of paradise, younger jades, rubber plant trees, and other tropicals.
They then proceeded to our sister buildings where they removed all of their greenery also.

The same grounds crew came back, again without notice, and they quietly removed all of our personal potted plants we had in the courtyard. The bikes that were chained up and other personal items that were in the common areas were removed, or should I say, stolen by the crew sent by Power Property Management.
July 30 At 3pm after everything had been removed, Power Property Management sent a young man named David to post a removal notice. Along with a set of new 'House Rules' in an attempt to change our lease terms.
One of the new rules says “No Pets”
We moved into the building specifically because it was dog friendly. Out of the 24 units. 15 have cats or dogs. I know power property management was hired to clear the building. They have already sent me 2 3-day notices to pay or quit even though they had already received and cashed my check.  They are trying to intimidate us!"
