"Any notices altering the terms of the lease and/or rental agreement, without the consent of the tenant is a unilateral change of the lease terms that is in violation of Ordinance No 175130 amending LAMC~151.09 Ordinance 175130 prohibits any changes in a lease and/or rental agreement unless the tenant voluntarily agrees in writing."
