On Friday, May 10 at 4pm we were served a notice dated May 6 (Another of their games because of the limited time to file for a hearing, nevertheless several of us were at the Dept of Housing on Monday morning to file.) for complete replacement of all vertical and horizontal water lines both hot and cold to kitchen sink faucets, lavatory sink faucets, toilets, tubs, and shower.

On June 13 2019 the housing Department approved the work plan. On on July 24 a crew showed up to begin work. Below is that work documented.
